Cypress House is a brand new mid-rise building on the shores of Bihu Lake in Taipei, Taiwan. The area is away from the hustle and bustle of central Taipei but is becoming a destination for young professionals.
The builder wanted to convey the beauty of the location as well as the building's simple modern luxury. And it was important to make it appealing to younger buyers interested in acquiring their first home.
We relied on aerial drone footage to emphasize the breathtaking location and various architectural details of the building, while also utilizing motion cinematography to convey the interior amenities and design.
Several non-professional models were used to accentuate the building's appeal to younger couples or families. The entire video was shot over 3 days in the middle of Taipei's August heatwave.
